 This week we carried on with our ‘insect’ topic for reading, writing and. For maths we practised basic facts and worked on writing a variety of equations which would have a certain number for the answer. We also practised solving problems using place value or known facts knowledge. Here is a all of my work:

insect Similes

I am as hungry as a bear.

I do not like the morning like a lizard,

I am as quiet as an assassin bug,

I like the dark like a cave spider,

THE DARK FOREST

                             THE DARK FOREST.

Deep in the forest, is trouble.  The deeper you go, the darker it gets. If you don’t have any protection or strength and you are scared of the dark you will die, and have 1% chance of living, 99% chance of dying.

If you don’t have one or two of these you will have a bigger chance of surviving in the dark forest. You can smell the dampness every step you take.  The smell makes you want to go deeper and deeper into the forest until you see something glowing.  It is a crystal, the size of a stone, which was the heart of the forest but he didn't know this.

Sadness is something that you will feel in your heart.

 We did Play Make Create. This is where the teacher reads you a story and you discuss the message in the story. Then you create something based on the message and also do a piece of writing. You can use materials or make a digital creation. Today we read Diary of a Worm.

I chose to protect the worm.
